Any actual software development engagement, including scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines, will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both TechBrevia and the client.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Where TechBrevia provides ongoing services, such as maintenance or support subscriptions, the applicable fees, billing frequency, and payment terms will be set out in the corresponding service agreement or invoice provided to the client. Payments are due according to the terms stated in that agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing services until outstanding amounts are resolved.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the specific service agreement between TechBrevia and the client. In the absence of a specific refund provision in a signed agreement, fees paid for services already rendered are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests will be evaluated by TechBrevia on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the relevant agreement.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
