Our Story
Why we started TechBrevia
TechBrevia was founded in 2025 in Sheridan, Wyoming, by engineers who had spent years building software inside other companies and agencies. We kept seeing the same pattern: good developers doing good work, buried under account layers, vague scopes, and incentives that rewarded billable hours over finished software.
We started TechBrevia to work differently. As a small, focused company, we take on a limited number of engagements at a time, so that every client gets direct access to the people actually writing the code — not a rotating account team.
The name reflects how we operate: "brevia" points to concise, well-documented briefs — clear scopes, clear architecture decisions, and clear communication, instead of ambiguity that gets resolved later at the client's expense.
